These terms govern your use of the Drift Gokart Canada website (driftgokart.ca) and any quote requests or waitlist signups made through it. By using this site you agree to these terms.

1. Pre-launch status

Drift Gokart Canada is in pre-launch. Pricing displayed in the configurator is an estimate, denominated in USD, and does not constitute a binding offer. Final Canadian pricing — including taxes, duties, and shipping — is confirmed in the written quote we send in reply to your request.

2. Product description

Drift Gokart vehicles are hand-built 1/2 scale electric karts inspired by iconic automotive designs. Renders shown on this site are illustrative; minor variation between renders and the final hand-built unit is normal and expected. We reserve the right to adjust specifications, paint codes, or available options without notice.

3. Quotes and orders

A quote request is not a purchase contract. Orders are confirmed only when you sign a written sales agreement and place the required deposit. Build times typically run 6–12 weeks from deposit, plus shipping. Shipping rates vary by province and are quoted at order time.

4. Trademarks

Model names are descriptive references to vehicles that inspired each design. Drift Gokart Canada is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the manufacturers of those vehicles or their related trademark owners. All manufacturer trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Intended use

Drift Gokart products are intended for recreational off-road use by supervised drivers on closed surfaces (driveways, private tracks, controlled paved areas). They are not street-legal in any Canadian province. The buyer is responsible for ensuring safe use, appropriate protective gear, and age-appropriate supervision.

6. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to: (a) submit fraudulent quote requests or waitlist signups, (b) scrape, mirror, or republish site content without permission, (c) attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures, or (d) impersonate another person when contacting us.

7. Intellectual property

All site content — copy, photography, renders, configurator code, and brand assets — is the property of Drift Gokart Canada or its licensors and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share Build URLs publicly; downloading or rehosting renders is not permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drift Gokart Canada will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
