SECTION 04 / THE CRAFT

Built
by hand.

Every kart is fabricated, painted, wired and trimmed by a single small team. No mass production. No injection-molded shortcuts. Each unit takes weeks — not minutes — to leave the workshop.

01 — BODY

Hand-painted body

Each hard body is shaped, primed, base-coated and clear-coated by hand. Color-matched to the era. Cured between coats.

02 — LIVERY

Decals & livery

Period-correct stripes, race numbers, and competition liveries cut, weeded and applied by hand — never printed on a wrap.

03 — INTERIOR

Stitched interior

Leather and houndstooth panels cut, sewn and fitted around the cockpit. Stitch lines run straight because someone watched them go in.

Hours are typical and vary by spec. Build time runs 6–12 weeks from deposit, plus shipping.

01Who's it for?
Supervised use, ages 6 to 13. Configurable seat and adjustable speed governor mean the same kart grows with the driver. Driver weight limit ~70 kg.
02Is it safe?
Real hydraulic brakes, full suspension, LED lighting, adjustable governor. Helmet and a closed driving surface (driveway, private track) recommended. Not street-legal in any Canadian province.
03How long until I get it?
6 to 12 weeks from deposit, plus shipping. Each kart moves through the workshop one at a time — there's no production line.
04Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — coast to coast and all territories, including Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Crated freight, quoted at order time by postal code.
